Hirschfeld proposes a journey through aesthetical experimentation bringing together the Senegalese everyday life and the Andalusian Romantic painting of Julio Romero de Torres. His intention is not the occasional mimesis; far from this mirror-play, the artist proposes a journey between cultures, confronting different aesthetics within the framework of cultural syncretism.
